1. Delivery Time
Delivery of the product will be mostly done in 4-8 working/business days. We will notify our customers by email as soon as their order is shipped. This email will contain the couriers details and give them an estimated time of delivery. If for any reason, the customer does not received their parcel in estimated arrival time, we request them kindly contact us via email. Our shipping specialist will chase the couriers and try to resolve the issue in 24 hours time (except weekend).
2.How shipments are made
We have warehouses located in several locations. We use express couriers to dispatch our products depending upon the location and weight. We use traceable service in most of the products and their shipment statuses can be viewed at the relevant couriers website. Sometimes an order can be dispatched from different locations. We will mention this in our email.
3. Order Processing
We send a detailed email acknowledgment at the time of placing the order. Another payment acknowledgment email will be sent from the PayPal. After this, we started processing the order and notify the couriers for collection of the parcel.
4. If delivery is late?
There are several reasons for the delivery being late. Usually the customs department of the destination country take extra time to clear the shipments.
Sometimes couriers are unable to deliver at the given address. In this scenario, we recommend buyers to leave their telephone / mobile number at the time of checkout. We / any third party doesn’t use the contact details for any other purpose except to contact the buyer incase of any emergency.

5. Damage / Defected Product
If, for any reason, you get any product from wahshi.com that is damaged then you can contact us within the first 24 hours of item received. We will offer our customers a free replacement / exchange with express couriers.
