Refund / Cancelation Policy – timeframe etc; 

Returns are only accepted within 14 days of item received and if the goods are not found as advertised. The goods must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition. Postage and packaging charges are not refundable in any circumstances and the cost of return must be paid by the buyer. Please contact us at before returning the item in any case.

Please refer to the sizing tables mentioned before ordering if you want a standard sized jacket. We request all buyers again to kindly check the size they need and match it with the mentioned sizing charts or send us their actual measurements and desired colour combination for make-to-order jackets as we will not be held liable for any wrong size sent and buyer would have to pay the postage if they need a replacement. Buyers please strictly comply with the sizing tables mentioned as we will not be held responsible if the size you choose doesn’t fit you well.

Exchange of the products may be affected and is subjected to the availability of stock. Buyers have to wait till we get our next shipment, in case if the same product is out of stock.

What is the quality of the product?
We are using Hi – Grade good quality leather to manufacture our products. We have been manufacturing our products in Lamb / Sheep leather and Cow Hide Leather, all of the skins from healthy livestock and matured using the standard procedures. We purchase good quality grade hides and manufacture nice looking apparel from them.

How long the shipment of my order take place?
We usually use expedited speedy couriers to post our products and normally they reach you within 7-10 working days.

We are offering PayPal for the convenience of our valued. You can also make your payments with the debit / credit cards but please contact us before any such payment.

What is your return policy?
We offer returns on our products after sale. We ask buyers to return the products in unused condition with in 14 daysof shipment received. We will refund their full payment straight away after receiving the item back.

We offer exchange on our products if informed within 14 days of orders received. We ask our buyers for extra 20 USD or equivalent currency for returns postage cost.
